Biography

Passionate about the major capital cities, I took my first photographs according to the classical codes of representation, but this did not satisfy me.

I therefore sought to break away from this visual space, which holds a history and referential temporality, in favour of an urban space, which might as such conceal any historical value. My aim is therefore to find the means to subvert the rules in order to show spaces in movement, "objects" which develop and metamorphose.

I construct reflections of light without using image processing software, special camera lenses or specialised filters. Therefore, whatever they happen to be, and using no mediation other than light, I work to subvert any referential because the elements used cause the urban landscape to break down and become an abstraction.
